The property advice/valuation meeting

The process starts with a property advice/valuation meeting, where either I or my colleague Demi will visit your property and talk over with you property presentation options, staging possibilities, and anything that might add value to the home that can easily be achieved before listing. The overarching aim is to achieve the best price for your home in the best timeframe, which can sometimes mean spending a little money to gain more, but that’s not necessarily the case (we can provide dressing kit if needed, for example).

We aim to provide honest, sensible advice and marketing prices. We can get homes ready to market quickly if needed, but it’s best to take the time to present them in the best light possible. Using many years of experience we will talk you through how to wow the buyers with your home.

Professional photography, floorplans, and drone imagery

Great photography is a crucial part of the sale process when it comes to selling a property. We usually use our professional photographer who takes fantastic images of the properties that we sell, but we are also capable of taking wonderful photos ourselves.

Our floorplans are created by Giraffe360, which gives highly accurate plans and allows potential buyers to see the layout of the property and envision where their furniture would go.

Drone imagery, where it adds value to a property and is practical, is an additional photography option. This is a great way of showcasing your property and its surroundings. We are happy to show examples of what has been previously produced.

360-degree Tours

This is a vital part of our Marketing strategy as it allows potential buyers to walk through your property without setting foot in it. This gives them a feel for the property before viewing it in person. Everyone’s first viewing of a property is online, therefore tours and photos must be of high quality so that potential buyers do not dismiss your property before viewing it (you will have done this yourself).

Fantastic Online Portal Exposure

We advertise all our listed properties on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and On the Market, alongside our website and social media platforms. Marketing is a vital tool when it comes to selling properties and we have our Specialist Social Media and Marketing Assistant, who is dedicated to reaching as many potential buyers as possible.

Brochures

Our brochures can be downloaded instantly and are sent via email to those who match the house criteria on our property search database.

Marketing is a vital tool when it comes to selling properties, so we use social media as an integral part of our marketing strategy for most of the properties we work with.
